Stacey Cavalier is an award-winning photographer based in Christchurch, New Zealand. A New Zealand Institute of Professional Photography (NZIPP) Master of Photography, she was also named New Zealand’s Professional Family Photographer of the Year in 2022. Stacey’s photography is described as relaxed, fun, and classically beautiful, with a focus on capturing candid moments and the love and connections that define families. She moved to New Zealand from England in 2004 and discovered her passion for photography in 2013. Her background as an occupational therapist for over 22 years instilled in her a deep sense of care and patience that she brings to her photography. Stacey’s goal is to give clients an amazing experience and beautiful photos that tell their story and fill their hearts. She believes people are most relaxed and happy when surrounded by nature, so she often incorporates the beautiful New Zealand landscape into her work.
